The Gulf States Construction Company was established in 2005 in Afghanistan to provide engineering and civil construction services. Since then, GSCC rapidly expanded and positioned itself as a qualified global construction, and development company with a specific target market in Afghanistan and region.
GSCC’s growth has been extremely dynamic over the last years. With a current total workforce of 250 staff and multimillion dollar assets, the company is in a strong position to continue expanding globally.
Gulf States Construction Company manages a wide range of projects in such areas as; Military Compounds, Infrastructure, Heavy Civil Work, Power Plants and Power Transmission Lines throughout Afghanistan. Our construction department consists of professional Engineers who manage and coordinates over 45 projects with clients such as; DOS, USACE, UN and USAID. Gulf States Construction Co. management schedules and coordinates all design, construction and quality control processes to ensure a productive and safe work environment is achieved. All GSCC Project Managers plan and systematize efforts to accomplish a successful project within the time and budget; and are often responsible for multiple projects at a time. It is due to outstanding teamwork and coordination of our departments that GSCC successfully completed challenging projects in remote areas of Afghanistan.

We have +5 Health and Safety managers holding 30 Hour OSHA Certificates. We actively train managers and employees at all level and frequently provide them new training programs to supplement their skills.
Introduction:
Gulf States Construction Co. was established a decade ago and we have grown tremendously in the past decade to the point where we now stand at the top of the most successful and largest Afghan companies. GSCC now has active offices in Afghanistan and turkey and plans to expand the perimeter of its operations even further in the world thus this could have not been accomplished without the professionalism dedication and hard work of all our site work force, permanent staff and experienced management with their knowledge of international standards. GSCC began its activities in the construction industry where we had the opportunity to work on numerous multi-million dollar design build and site adapt projects for the United State Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Provincial Rehabilitation Teams (PRTs) and other International Organization. As GSCC grew so did the area of its activities and we started working in the energy sector. We now have the experience of implementing civil engineering, and power distribution projects, since much work is still to be done in the infrastructure and energy sector and not many Afghan companies have the experience or capability to carry out such projects we have made this sector our main concentration. Transportations (Heavy Equipment & Rental Vehicles):
GSLC delivers excellence in transportation and logistics solutions. Through our vast network of independent transportation and warehouse capacity providers, we have the flexibility to meet any supply chain challenges when transporting cargos throughout the territory of Afghanistan. We provide delivery options for transit of goods from rental trucks, containerized trailers, open top containers (20” and 40”), pre-fabricated and portable containers, cars, to buses. We are also able to provide multiple truckloads. Among the cargo that we deliver are: home and office furniture of all types, computers and office supplies, office equipment, electrical appliances and military products, construction material and trucks.
